WELCOME SEEKER!!

I’m so delighted that you’re interested in working together to explore your dreams and creative practices to learn more about your own lore, your personal mythos, and story. My work answers questions such as “who am I?” or “where do I belong?” Through dreams and knowing our own soul language we can more readily reflect on these personal inquiries. I don’t interpret your dreams, rather, I am a guide to help you know your own soul language, your own imagery, and the symbolism that is playing out in your waking life. Often we are unconscious about what’s driving our lives, but we have a built-in guide in our dream life that can show us what is activated in us and where we’re called to take action or make meaningful change.

Learning our soul language through dreams can offer a new perspective on our lives and help us confront and heal from what has been lost to memory, time, or influence, and help us integrate difficult experiences and shadow material so that we can see ourselves and our life in a new light. My own experiences inform the way I work with people who are navigating loss, grief, and betrayal, but I also bring decades-long experience as a multidisciplinary artist and the knowledge of how healing creative practices help us navigate the challenges we’re facing. Do you think to yourself, “I feel lost” or “I don’t know what’s next.” You’re not alone and you’re in good company.

Making our way to the essence of who we are, the nucleus of our creativity, and the heart of our spiritual life requires curiosity, wonder, and a willingness to reflect and explore creatively.

“The peace I desire feels just out of reach”

I get it. This feeling that what we desire, which, when we get to the core of it is peace, feels like it’s unreachable. We can sense it, but it’s as though it’s behind a veil. The photo above, reminds me of this feeling. When I went to the top of Hurricane Ridge in the Pacific Northwest, I couldn’t see the beautiful views that everyone told me was there. I strained to see them because there had been terrible fires in Canada that summer and the winds blew the smoke south, partially or entirely hiding the mountains surrounding the ridge. I couldn’t easily see their shape or their beauty. Just because we can’t see something doesn’t mean it’s not there. That’s how I feel about my own healing journey. I struggled for so long to trust my own soul language and that healing was within me, waiting for the smoke to clear, waiting for me to finally recognize and trust that my own healing was already within me. Trusting this inner knowing took me time and willingness to play, creatively explore, to pick up a pen and write, and connect with others who could mirror back to me the light I couldn’t see on my own.
