Part dramatic-play, part meaning-making, participants will explore metaphor and story and will be guided through a sequence of breath, visualization, and improvisational movements. Discover embodied dreamwork for your own creative dream practice and create a collage of movements and words to symbolize or express what the natural world is dreaming. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
