Movement & Imagination for the Actor

Movement & Imagination for the Actor explores a creative embodiment practice using our personal and collective imagery, poetry, and story. Discover the relationship between the symbolic language of dreams and the physical language of the body. In this multi-session workshop learn how movement exploration accesses the body’s intuition and expresses a language similar to dreams, explore our physical language rooted in storytelling, and discover the practice of active imagination using intuitive movement and dream imagery. How do we reclaim our creative life, the innate wisdom of our body, and the roots of our story? ….through Movement and Imagination.
